HTML Frames: Formatting Frames

Let's play around with the size of the frames.

This page sets the middle frame to 2 times the size of the top and bottom frame.
This page sets the middle frame to 25 pixels and the top and bottom frame default to fill the screen.
This page sets the top frame to 10%, the bottom frame to 30% and the middle frame defaults to fill the screen.

Let's take the last example (top 10% & bottom 30%) and play around with some of the <FRAMESET> attributes.

This page has FRAMEBORDER="no", the default is yes.
Notice in the above example that there was still space for the border(default is 4?), if we add BORDER=0 there is no visible border.
This page has the BORDERCOLOR="red".

With that same example (top 10% & bottom 30%), let's play around with some of the <FRAME> attributes.

Let's set SCROLLING="yes" on the middle and "no" on the bottom frame, the default is auto.
Let's set NORESIZE on the top frame.
Let's set FRAMEBORDER="no" on the top frame. Note: In order to have no border all frames sharing a border MUST have this set to NO.
Let's set FRAMECOLOR="red" on the top frame.
